  • This new release includes the proper replacement of Windows Shell. It includes the use of a customized version of Classic Shell to display the Start button feature. Please note that for system with a license for 3, 5 or 10 users, this Shell alternative will never apply. It is only for more "demanding" servers where saving logon resources is crutial that we do propose the use of WinXshell. One fresh setup, the default setting is to use WinXShell. On Update Release, if nothing has been set before, the default setting is not to use it.
  • The SSL/Ciphers management has been enhanced.
  • ConnectLauncher.exe on the user side can now be started without parameters. In such case, it will ask to select the .connect file that has to be edited.
  • To be easy to download from anyplace, the Setup-ConnectionClient.exe is now available on the user /www/ConnectionClient folder.

  • The licensing code has been greatly enhanced to enable new features. It paves the way for TSplus license management and License Portal upcoming changes.
  • The Full desktop is displayed when no application is assigned and when the Microsoft Remote Desktop application is assigned to a user or to a group.
  • When the Administrator is using the AdminTool to request the download of the UpdateRelease.exe program, instead of having to download it when IT and to apply it from the Download folder when the download is completed, the AdminTool will do these tasks automatically.
  • In the client generator the local resources are selected as default settings.

  • We added the option to select of not the "theming" option in the HTML5 client tile of the AdminTool.
  • Client Generator: Enhancements and fixes when specifying a startup application with commandlines. Now the administrator can specify the full application path, the startup directory and the application command line. The local printers mapping is not more set as default.
  • The AdminTool Gateway tab has been redsigned for a better understanting. The Farm Manager tiles has been mode to the Gateway tab.

  • The HTML5 new features for iFrames has been updated. On Smartphone/tablet we added the option to display a zoom-in/zoom-out buttons on the top menu.
  • New TSplus Remote Desktop app "ready". The server side is now ready to supportthe upcoming TSplus Remote Desktop app for Android, IOS and Windows.
  • File Drag & Drop in HTML5: We added one new feature. If you create a file named targetfolder.txt in the current user AppData directory In which you will write the destination folder for this user. Then, instead of using the global value of destination folder, the drag & drop file(s) will be redirected to this user folder. We modified Folder.exe to use this new feature. When the administrator specify by a command line that the folder to display is not the user Desktop, Then, this folder path is used as destination path for the drag & drop files.
  • Added "No mouse pointer" option in the AdminTool HTML5 client tab.

  • The new Application Panel enables to display published applications like we do with the Web Application Portal but within one single session. This program is great and can be customized by the administrator to deliver a nice user experience.
  • The new Universal Printer Management tile enable to get in one single GUI all required tools to install, uninstall, display and handle the Universal Printer options. The main goal of this new tool is to give to each administrator a better control what must be done when any issue with the Universal Printer must be fixed.
  • HTML5 kernel enhancements: The behavior has been dramatically improved to deliver an excellent behavior on tablets or smartphone. With these enhancements our goal is warrant the best possible solution to connect from a tablet.
  • The Folder.exe program has been enhanced for a better user experience.

  • The Client Generator and the AdminTool "Assign Application" tile were changed to provide a new great feature: Each user will see, in his SART menu, and within his TRAY icons, the list of his assigned applications. Without using his generated client, he will be able to select within these "Local Menu" one of these application and to start it as a RemoteAPP. To enable this nice new feature the Administrator must generate new connection clients. With the AdminTool, The Administrator can also decide whether or not he want to allow this new feature to be available for his users.
  • HTML5: The file transfer by Drag/Drop has been greatly enhanced to prevent files missing and to allow transfer of large number of files. If a files name already exists, instead of replacing it, it is automatically rename. The memory size and the CPU requirements as been optimized to warrant a strong stability and predictability of the result when a user is dropping large files or folders. Some other enhancements were made for a better handling and display of the file transfer feature when using the Drag/Drop capability of the HTML5 client. The design of icons of the HTML5 Mini Menu has been enhanced.
  • Windows 10 Home. We added to support of Windows 10 Home. As you know this was removed beginning of the year 2017; however it is not included as it was in 2016.
  • Advanced security. For over a year we are investing to provide the best security to our customer. To do so, we developed an new and amazingly easy-to-use and effecient new TSplus Add-on named RDS-Knight. As result, the 10.50 AdminTool Advanced security tab have been changed. We removed the old RDP-Defender, PC name and Working Hours features.

  • Universal Printer:
  • Silent Installation: TSplus new release prevents any Windows Pop-up window during the installation of the Universal Printer.
  • Two new patches are available:
  • http://dl-files.com/Setup-UniversalPrinter-V1.exe. This program is processing the uninstall the new and the old Universal Printer driver prior to install the old Universal Printer driver (V1). Doing it, it warrants the result: the old driver will be correctly installed.

  • The Universal Printer is no longer installed during the Setup, nor during the Update
  • In case the Universal Printer feature is not installed yet, a message box offering the installation will be displayed when the Administrator launches the AdminTool. This new process enables a faster Setup. The Universal Printer can also be installed by the administrator by using the new START menu entry. On the other hand, if the Administrator is already using the Universal Printer with an old TSplus release 10 or 9 driver, the AdminTool automatically displays the Universal Printer version on the license tab.
  • For previous versions, the Universal Printer must be uninstalled using the START menu entry, the new one can be installed by using the Universal Printer Installation START menu entry. The new Universal Printer driver cannot be installed on old 2003/XP systems.
  • Print Preview changed: if the user has a PDF viewer like Acrobat, the preview will use it. Otherwise, the TSplus client will automatically use Sumatra as a fallback.

  • If a new generated client was using the name of a old one, the settings stored on the user PC /RDP folder were not changed. We added one option to enforce the new setting, even if the connection client name is identical.
  • The HTML5 code is handling now the time zone redirection, including the Summer/Winter time. An option to add a command line on the URL which enables to change any of the settings.js values has been added. The option to use Shift Function keys has been added too.
  • Universal Printer and Printing feature: from now on, TSplus will use a new version for the Universal Printer driver. This new release enables the Administrator to change the paper format (A4 or Letter) and to scale the document even when the margins are narrow. Last but not least, it gives him the option to add some printer setting features.
  • Load-Balancing Manager now displays "(DISABLED)" in the Application Servers list for disabled servers

  • The Universal Printer has been completely rewritten to provide a faster and reliable local printing solution. With TSplus 10.10, the local printers mapping function is set as default when using the RemoteApp client.
  • The System Audit has changed to include the new TSplus 10.10 great Universal Printer new features.
  • Processes have been optimized to eliminate the CPU requirement. This is important for servers where many sessions are started.
  • The size of the Setup program, of the Client Generator and of the generated clients are smaller from now on.
